Haiti Breakfast Morning
Haiti Breakfast Morning
- Our annual breakfast morning was a hugh success , thanks to the organisational skills of Mrs. Coman and Mrs. Flynn and the enthusiastic workers in 6th Class.
- Helped by some of our parents ,the 6th class fed the whole school - pupils and staff alike .
- Many parishoners came to support the worthy cause also.
- Our charity this year was chosen as a result of hearing about the super work that local man Francis Grisewood did in Haiti last October with the charity' Haven'.
- Francis kindly came in and was very informative about how diificult life in Haiti is for people prior to the earthquake not to mention now .
- 500 euro was collect on the day and a cheque was presented to Francis who is due to go back to Haiti in April.
